Purchased micromax x490 from snapdeal. Simcard slot is defective . Called them customer service said will be exchanged. Got call from them back they said it will be repaired. ha ha ha


They confirmed that they sell only defective products. Waste of time and money. Snapdeal expert in selling defective products. Don't get lured in.
