Purchased online micromax x490 from snapdeal. Snapdeal is expert in selling defective and third class product.
Called customer service within 7 days they said they will repair the phone as the sim card slot is faulty and not working. asked for exchange or refund . ha ha ha.. please dont waste money on snapdeal. They are expert in selling defective and third class products. They told me to go to mobile serive centre. If you have lots of money to waste then only buy from snapdeal or else dont waste money. I am a dis satisfied customer
