Never buy Mircomax products. They area fraud company selling poor quality handsets. Unfortunately, I bought a Micromax X395 handset recently. I did not check it out thoroughly while buying as the dealer
promised me that it is one of the best available. To my misery, the started malfunctioning from day one. Phone was getting heated up while receiving calls or playing music and then switches off. When phone handed over to the service center, they claimed that PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced but PCB is unavailable. Waited for one month, till problem unresolved. Handset was kept back by the service center. Calls to customer support went unheard. When got back the phone after a month, it is with full of scratches. they had changed the entire settings of the phone and it was working only in speaker mode. Requested Micromax give me a replacement. But no answers or reply.
I would request the entire community to BLACKLIST this fraud company and NEVER BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS.
