I had gifted a Q55 Bling phone to my wife thinking that It would be a good phone. The day we got the phone it was in a attractive packing with a beautiful pouch and a added feature of Dual Sim which was a value addition as we were not aware of this feature prior to buying the phone! The phone was in a Clam Shell finish PURE WHITE, to say but as soon as we switched on the phone after inserting the SIM card in it, the display was also shoeing complete white colour, by which we were unable to view the menu ICONS on the screen.
As I opted it for a Gift wrap, I could not operate the phone on the dealer counter.
Next day I was on tour, and returned back after a week, I came to know about the problem with the hand set, and immediately approached the dealer with the hand set, which was received promptly and was requested to report to the service center for further repairs.
I reported the matter of complaint to the service center and the reply for the screen was that as this is a special model with a limited addition of this hand set and the phone is programmed to show the screen in complete white back ground.
After lot of persuasion with the lady at the service center my complaint was booked and issued a docket number, and I was asked to contact them again after 7 working days. Now when I met them back after a week they accepted that there was a problem with the display part in the phone and they are awaiting for are placement display (LCD) from their Bangalore Office.
Don't know whether we would be able to enjoy the phone of its fullest features.
My phone is with them since 20 days. My request for are placement with a new handset of the same model fell on the Deaf Ears at the service center.
I am left to the mercy of the service center employees.
Thisisthe quality andresponsewhich I did not expect from aemergingbig branded phone company.
