I was gifted Micromax Ninja A89 by my brother. I liked the look and other features of this smart phone and used it regularly for at least 6 months.
It was really a good looking handset and not that heavy weight to cause problem while I am carrying it with my other office accessories. I also browse a lot using this phone, checked my mails and experience was pretty good.
But, main problem was its batter back up. I used to go to my work with full charge but it showed low battery even by lunch time, so it was a headache for me to charge it again at my work place during lunch. If I forget to do the same due to my busy schedule, it often got switched off by evening and I was in fact carrying a switched off mobile, while I was at my work place or returning back to home.
Some one advised to purchase a power bank to get it charged while on move. But, I simply did not like that idea as it would only add some extra weight to be carried. I did not purchase any power bank either.
Whenever I am at home, the mobile always got connected to the charger and I needed to attend calls unplugging it and then again got it to recharged mode. I was always straggling with this issue to keep this mobile working. The phone got heated after a certain time period while in charging, so not at all a good experience while you are talking to someone with burning heated sensation on your ear.
Sound reception was not that good when I was out in a crowded place.So, I decided not to use it after a certain period and decided to sell it off.So, I am not recommending this cell phone. Though, it was a good gift from my brother with good gesture, it has not worked well for me.
