Hello friends .I had very bad experience with phone and its service centre. you don't believe that I have paid 1300rs for repairing my new cell phone 2 days ago but still my cell phone was not repaired…Since the service was third class, I found some body parts were missing…. they are not giving my money back for missing parts or not checking camera for verification purpose…
I have mailed , called customer care and went service centre many times bt they were not listening to my queries… its just like. they don’t care about customers… they are making customers fool and doing cheap activity just sack of 500rs… I request u all those who are planning to buy a mobile phone or a smart phone.Please please Please please…don’t buy micromax otherwise u will regret just like me. Dont buy micromax.u will regret like me
this is my humbly requeste to all that is dont buy this phone. total loss of money. this phone have low battery backup. after 2 hours games and internet use phone's battery goes low. and phone get more heating uper part of phone.
