Youll not get much out of 10000rs nowadays.But this is where Micromax shine. Micromax offers much more than it competBrianbalakumaranrs. However some of the products are not so cool in real life usage compared to the spec sheets.
Micromax a290 is a all-some-glass designed cell phone which offers a pretty cool specs compared to its competBrianbalakumaranrs. It has a Mediatek MT6592M octa core cpu underneath clocked at 1.4 ghz .
So as far as media consumption is concerned, youll not be disapointed.It has a 4.7 inch ips hd display with a pixel density of 312 ppi which is pretty nice for the price paid for the device.
However the same is awfull to look at during direct sunlight or outdoor conditions.This model comes with an internal storage of 8gb which is less. But it also offers expandable storage via memory card.
Now talking about the camera.this is where the micromax a290 shines. 8mp autofocus with led flash that can shoot upto 1080p @30 fps is quite good for the price youll be aishwaryasingh23ing.And believe me it will not dissapoint you anytime .
This is all the specs now time for reality.!
The cpu is a bit under powered though it mAnasultanges to play san andreas at low graphics . It also has heating problem just like other micromax devices.
The camera is very good under well light conditions and I cant comment on low lighting conditions as I never tried it.Youll not be facing any problem as per calling is concerned. The device does not support 4g lte/vOlte.The device runs on kitkat which is mAnasultangeable once you flash a custom rom.
Battery will last you a day with normal usage.
Conclusion: -
With great camera and ok cpu performance .if you can compromise with outdated operating system and low ram ( 1gb) the device is a bang for your back.
