There are manny problems in this phone, listed bel. Review on Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo A290

First of all, I want to say that, dont buy this phone. there is many problems in this phone, and   the service centre of micromax are very bad, they are non coperative.

I buy this phone a290 1 year ago, for first two months it runs very good, very smooth and the look and features are very attractive, (thats why I buy this phone, because it is of middle range of phone, and having attractive features).

but after approx two month its start heating on its back side very often, and the battery life becomes very low. and if u play a game life clash of clan . it becomes hot, in 20  minutes, and battery will goes to zero.

then I face a new prob in this phone, is that the usb jack(charging) is not responding, somehow I managed to charge by folding its wire. which work only or 1 week.

then I decide to go the service centre of micromax. they said that its a minor problem, we will correct it, u can take it after one week. but when I go to collect the phone . they said that they have sent the phone to the company. and they dont know that when its coms back from the company, then I call their tool free number of micromax . but all the times the no is busy I tried it for every day, even at night 2am. 3am. 5am. 6am, in afternoon, evening,  but every time either they are busy or they dont recieve the phone. seems like there is no worker in the cervice centre of micromax, and they put all their phons in busy mode.

u can check that it in any time, u call them and every time they are busy or not reponding the call.

after 2 months the phone is comes back from the company. for one week it runs good. but after that same prob arises and a new problem that is restart very often., automatically, and its struck on micromax logo, .

I brought it many local shops, but they are unable to correct the problem.

I become frustated by this phone, and not suggesting to buy this phone, I dont know why people say that its a good phone, u cn check everywhere on google, the same problem arise everywhere,

( usb port not charging, heating, automatic restart, bad service center and non responding tool free no)

and one more problem is that if  display of this phone is breaked then u have to pay 3000 rupees to correct it, bacause the display and the under touch pad is permanently attached to this phone, so if u have to change the display, u have to change it whole.
