I purchased A116 from Poorvika in April. From the day I purchased it has problem. I went to the shop and showed the complaint. They said the sim is the problem since it is older. I got a new sim for the same number. It took one week. The phone had same problem.
I went and asked for a new replacement. The shop member said the exchange could be done only within 7 days. SInce 7 days crossed , they refused to give a replacement. They said the problem will be solved with new software. After 2 days they returned the phone but the problem continued. This time they asked me to go to the authorised service centre. I gave the phone for service at PWM cares, T.Nagar.
They said the touch screen is the problem and changed the same and returned to me after 2 days. Again the problem contiued. Wifi and Data connection had problem. I called Micromax call centre and explained the issue.
They asked me to give the phone to Ocean mobiles, Velachery. I handed over the phone 3 weeks ago. THey said they would change the mother board. Till date they have not serviced and returned the phone. If I try to call them over phone, the number is not reachable.
If any one wants to throw 15000 rupees in dust bin, please buy Micromax phone.
