By reading all alluring details of CANVAS 5, I had purchased this mobile 6 month ago . Since then it has embrassed me not less than 6 times. Earlier it was too much of heating & Slow Charging. Initially the Customer Care made me fool by saying that this problem will be rectified after some days of use. Even after continued one month of this problem I gave it to Micromax Care who in turn send it to Head office.They rectified the problem in 21 days.
After 30 40 days, it started hanging. The person at MMX Care told me to remove some apps.Even though I am not a heavy Internet user, Bound fully I had to remove some useful apps.
Now on July 13 it's Main Screen became Fully Blank and totally wiped Black.This mobile set became totally Unusable. My advise to potential buyer is don't be fool by seeing Nice looking feature, not to buy this set even at half of price.The Customer Care at H.O. did not returned my mobile set even after 28 days.On making call they say to wait for further 15 days. None of senior Care Executive responds and never call back. AVOID THIS PHONE & MMX also.
