Good Product. Bad Customer Service. I purchased Canvas 4 in March'14. the lower part of the touchscreen has stopped functioning - I can't access the menu. Since I purchased it via Flipkart, the bill stated that the service center is located in Charkop, Kandivali but after reaching there I was informed that it has shifted to Borivali. When I finally locate this obscure center, much to my dismay the service was pathetic.
The executives displayed such disinterest in even acknowledging my presence, leave alone helping me out. I was skeptical about leaving my semi-paralyzed phone with them and decided to just walk out and return when I feel more trusting of them. Had I known that the after-sale service is going to be so ridiculous, I really would have bought another phone.
So I decided to post my comments on Facebook & Twitter to which Micromax team responds with an apology and asks me to write an email. After doing that I get another email stating that someone from their team would contact me soon. It's been 2 days now and I haven't heard back yet.
Real shame, Micromax!
