Most disgusting phone I have bought in my life. If you have not cursed in your life just buy one from Micromax and I bet you will not fail to curse yourself daily for your decision. Just by one; and see how many rounds and calls you make to its service centres. Just visit its service centre before buying and see the "Mela" of people visiting with their complaints.
After regular persuasion for two months in service centre(Akhil traders Indore) and company, got replaced my canvas 4 A210 yesterday. On checking the battery I not found charging. When brought to notice, they said, it is your fault, and that job sheet has to prepared again. I said that I have just received the replaced phone. The service centre people some how took it inside and after half an hour gave me the phone by saying that the battery was charging and it was charged 17% and that I may charge it at home as the centre was to be closed for the day.
When returned home the battery exhausted. Tried to start it and charge the battery but fruitless.The phone is lying dead. I am now totally fed up, feeling embarrassed, cheated and fearful for the sufferings I have to undergo by visiting the service centres again for resolving the problem.
