I must share this as overall I am quite satisfied with the product itself, however a very bad experience with the service centre.
This phone is an excellent one if you see the cost. It has one of the best cameras with 13 and 5 megapixel for primary and front cameras, 1gb RAM and looks good too. I have had very little problem running it as I use few applications. In the last one and half years it has hanged just a couple of times, which was a major issue with my previous phones. Its smooth to operate and network signal reception is also fine.
However, there are a couple of issues. One, its wifi reception is very poor. You need to be close to the wifi source then only you can get it. Second, its sound is not so loud like Nokia. So if you have problem hearing then this is not the one for you. But there is no problem in daily use, its loud enough. Only when I switch on the loudspeaker its not loud enough. Third, the keys are weak; my volume keys stopped functioning within 6 months and power key had to be replaced within a year, which was done free of cost.
What unfortunately happened was that I dropped my phone facedown n broke the screen, I gave it for repair and also told them to repair the volume keys, but they had not and when asked I had to make three trips to the centre and spend hours there. But now my phone is full of dust under the screen. They say they cannot remove it because then the screen will get spoilt and power button is still bad and they wont do anything about it.
A good product is being spoilt by bad service.
