Hi Myself Ashok Majumdar share a experience about micromax mobile. On July 2015 I have purchased a D303 model Micromax Android Phone from Snapdeal, after purchasing, lot of problem I was faced and every time I visited authorized service center for repairing
but last on dated 16/01/2015 I visited nearest service center M/S NexGen Service Center Bardhaman pin -713101 my job sheet no -0116-21372039 . There they clearly speech after 20 to 25 days latter my mobile will repair completed, my shot question I used my mobile for work purpose so is it possible without mobile phone 20 to 25 days? also informed there they misbehaved with me, my fault was I want to know them is my mobile problem will solve or not? This shot answer I received from their after lost my time 6 hours, the reception madam so busy to attend her personal phone then customer given service. Lastly I carried my dead phone
After purchasing minimum 5 to 6 time I repair my phone but same problem arrived I want to change my mobile to a new one
After this I also suggest my all friends circel do not use Micromax Mobile
I am waiting one or two days then I going to consumer Court
I know the important of customer satisfaction if I also involved with a reputed company service related job
