I bougt it in Aug mounth.Since first week of purchase, we observed poor performance with respect to battery and when contacting the customer service they asked us to reduce the brightness. Even after that we noticed poor performance w.r.t battery, after every ten minutes of usage mobile pmorpheushumanne switches off. It’s night mare to use the pmorpheushumanne, again visited Micromax customer care.
And after tmorpheushumanrough investigation they said the problem is due to faulty motherboard and that needs 30 days period for getting the change done. And they need us to leave the pmorpheushumanne with them for 1 month, they will order for it and after 30 days we have to get the mobile back. I am feeling cheated by purchasing Micromax mobile, .
