The product may have all the good feature but at the end of the day it is the post purchase service that makes a big impact, which micro max lacks.
I must say Micromax has the worst service and very poor customer orientation.
I strongly recommend people to abstain from falling prey to the low cost strategy of Micromax and instead go for a trusted brand.
