There was a time when Micromax was in tremendous demand owing to the low budget decent specs phone. That is when I bought this handset hoping that I would get the value for money.
It had decent specs like 16 gb space and decent camera, however it used to hang at times and one fine day the display gave up.
This is when the tormentous phase began in quest to cure the same. The most disgusting service center that you can ever come across. The people providing service shows as if they you are in debt to them for amazing stuff.
My phone was serviced thrice in the service centre and all they did was to reinstall the software which did not last long. I told them over and over again that it is a hardware issue but they gave it a deaf ear. The third time they took two months to return the phone and that too with the same problem when the warranty lapsed. Absolutely insane.
