My friend have purchased one mobile phone with model no . micromax A104 IMEI /ESN No: 911368790670610 / 911368050775256 few months before and it was not working properly due to some software issue and hardware as well / Not reading sim card in any slot . Due to this issue he submitted it at service center with Job card no: N050153-0715-17940412 they promised to repair it within next 2- 4 days now when he try to get it they r unable to give me and ask me to wait at least 30 days . Can you tell me how can anyone survive without mobile for such a long duration .
he want his phone with in next 24-48 hrs at any cost otherwise he said he will raise this consumer forum and spread words against micromax all around that micromax is also similar to other Chinese phone on social media .
Or
give me complete refund so that he can purchase new one .
Awaiting for positive response on 958298xxxx / 750362xxxx .
Please rethink while buy for this, I will not reccommend this.
