The A-100 is just too good, Its better than Samsung in touch And feel. The touch screen is real smooth,
The TFT screen is crystal clear with good brightness BUT NOT as good as the AMOLED screens I must say, specially in sunlight use. Camera is 5MP but maybe again not the best in 5 MP cameras, but clear enough, with strong flash- Samsung tab doesn't have flash.,
WIFI : excellent,
Sound- average to good, not the best, could be better speakers.
Dual sim- yes, even Samsung doesn't give us dual SIM feature, dual standby.
Battery- 2100 MAH , excellent, for 12 hrs continuous use.
Does not get hot in the hand like Samsung tabs during use.
Size is 5.0 inch , not the unwieldy 7.7 in Samsung. Very compact , can put in pocket, but avoid it as it may scratch the screen.
I repeat the touch is just smooth and easy, capacitive type. No lag, no freezes. Looks are as good as Samsung, no cheap feel anywhere.The software is ICS android 4.04, the latest till now,
Battery charger and USB cable is same- comes in the pack.
Connect to PC- direct by cable and shows up as a folder, no software required, wow, again better than Samsung
Price- 9800 at Micromax stores- excellent value for money.
CONS- the internal storage is 1.5 GB only, very low, just enough to install your apps , not for storage, but you can add 32 GB of Micro SD. Read the specs page you will be amazed. I am not a dealer, just a user who wants to congratulate micromax for a great product at low price. I dont know about the internal quality of the parts or if it will last 2-3 yrs. Here samsung would score high I suppose.
Overall, good value for money.
