The picture quality of this TV is not good as per its configuration. Unlikely it does not reaches the quality of its competitor TV. Sound quality of this TV is not so good . In Any Television any people find only two or three quality like picture quality and sound quality. These two quality does not meet the standard and cofiguration of TV. Third thing is service and support. If u call its service centre, no instant service is provided. If any fault comes on TV it may take 4-5 days for service centre executive to contact you. If contacted it would take almost more than 1 month for your TV to get repaired or replaced. I think the money it is taking for televison is less than other competitive brand but if a person expending that much amount of money would want instant care and support. Therefor it not recommended worth buying as per value for money is concerned.
