Micromax is selling its led televisions cheapest in the market. This attracted many customers to buy it. I am ofcourse one of them.
I bought this television online in January 2016. After a few months I noticed blue lines on screen which increased rapidly. When complained a service engineer visited next day and declared that the panel of the tv is damaged. It needs to get replaced which will take 15-20 days. I never received any response from them thereafter. I called after a month in the service center and got to hear that my tv will be replaced as the company isn't replacing panels now. For this they need to take some pics of the television. Their technician was supposed to visit for the same but no one arrived even after 10days. I am following up continuously ang getting new dates.
I am lucky in a way that the tv is in warranty, else it was going to be very expensive.
I would never recommend micromax tv to anyone.
