I bought this TV on 15th April 2017 and then on 28 June 2017 the TV stopped working. I registered a complaint at the Micromax customer care and they sent out an engineer after a week. The engineers said that the motherboard was not working and it needs to be replaced. He said that he will issue for the replacement and I will get a call from Micromax.
Even after one week I didn't receive any call. I called back at the customer care many times and they gave false promises that issue will be sorted out within 2 days.
Then 3 days back, after one month since the problem started I received a call saying that I should bring the old TV and I can get the replacement done from their service centre which was in another state since cannot deliver the replacement at my address.
Really disappointed with Micromax.
