Useless product and Useless company
Beware
There is a reason why this TV is low priced and that's Micromax won't service it
I've been calling micromax daily. First you have to stay on hold for at least half an hour to connect with a customer service executive
Even if you do connect, they ask you to call them back the next day because their systems are not working.
I asked the customer service to take down the details on paper and feed it once the system is working and he refused to do that.
This is a big issue. The reason why samsung, LG etc, are a bit expensive is that they have an outstanding customer service. I can imagine what will happen if I need any servicing during the warranty period from Micromax. Please hit on useful if you like my review.
