I was trying to reach the MICROMAX team to understand about one of their TV product, there is no response so far. It is one week.
Even for an product inquiry if we need to wait - that too directly from the manufacturer - just imagine how bad the dealers are.
All the dealers whom I approached are not giving any information. Website is having INFo but still some more is reqd
GOD only should save these companies. Atleast I felt that I experienced the bad before buying.
