Few days ago , I ordered a Mi earphone from Ahmedabad .During order , it showed that your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days, but it was not delivered within time as promised.
It came for delivery on the 7 th day from the order date when I was not at home.I recieved a message from Mi that the order could not be delivered and returned to them and in case of any query , contact customer care. I tried to call customer care many times but they did not recieve the call.I did this for around 4-5 days.This frustated me a lot.After these 4-5 days I stopped calling and checking status of my order.I felt disheartend and bad about it.
Then one fine day after around 20 days from my order date , I got a call from the delivery boy who was near my building for delivery.
Although the earphones are working well but delay in service took away all the excitment of having a new product.
