Worst Site. Review on Mi

I must say Mi products are good but the site is worts the user interface of the website so much animated that you will not able to find what you want it takes 15-20 minutes to find a product on the site and as the website is full of big animations and images it take time to load and even sometimes on slow connection is takes forever to load . the product they deliver are worth of money and a of very good quality but the problem is all products are out of stock most of the times the company come up with very little stock there is no  expected time for restock.

I purchased phone from mi.com and the adapter of the device became faulty and  when I go to the site the adapter was out of stock and it took about 6 months when the product came in stock again the delivery time of the website is 7-8 days and there is twist if you order from debit or credit card your product will be deliver in just 2 or 3 days and if you order it via cash on delivery then it take about 3-4 days to dispatch and 6-7 days to reach to you and they  doesn't offer COD in most of the cities which is really a problem .  overall website is useless the product they offer are good and quality of the products are very good but the website is always out of stock and not properly maintained.

They also have a mi store app but the app itself is the same as the website it took forever to order . and one more thing this is the company who come with the concept of flash sale and I must say flash sale is garbage most  of the times you will not get anything from the flash sale a normal user can't book device from flash because some greedy black marketers sit too with their advanced tools for booking and book early from a normal user who want the device then they black the device in 2-3000 more than the actual price which I company has to make enough stocks then start sale so that everyone who want the device can get.
