I recently bought this earphones from the mi.in the earphones looks good and has very nice metal build the wire quality is not that good but average the bass is not best when compare to jbl and senheiser, after my 1 month of usage my left hand side of earphone stopped working, because the cable was not that durable due to which I had to go to service center and have to wait 2 hrs to submit my earphones and they said you will get it within 45 days but I had not received the earphone from 2 months due to which I have lost faith in mi and the customer service provider in malad talk like illiterate people they dont know what to do.
