Mi band. Review on Mi Band

Mi band is yet another cheaper and innovative product by xiaomi, I have used it for two days before writing this review. The band is available in variety of colors and is priced just at 800 Rs, though it was 1000 Rs when launched. You have to download Mi fit app in your phone and keep bluetooth on always to pair it with the band.

The app asks to enter your age, weight and height and according to that, it shows results. Pairing of devices was easy, the app shows the steps that you have walked the whole day which is tracked by the band. It also shows the time at which you fell asleep and the time you woke up, along with for what duration you were in deep sleep. So that is very useful in tracking your daily activities. Moreover, it also has a setting that lets the band vibrate when any one calls you on phone, so as far as you are in Bluetooth range, you don't need to carry your phone, the band will let you know if someone calls.

The app also has built in alarm option which also makes the band vibrate along with the alarm. You can unlock your phone just by bringing it near to the band even if it is protected by pattern or password, so the owner won't need to draw pattern or type password everytime he/she wants to unlock the phone, which is awesome. The best thing about the band is that it's battery easily lasts for 50 days which is far better compared to other fitness bands. So finally I would say this is a complete value for money band and I won't expect more from this at this price. Thank you.
