I visited Metro Shoes, Mall of India, Noida today. I bought a pair of shoe. While they were billing, I asked to redeem my points. They said you will get an OTP to redeem points. I waited for few minutes but it didn't come on my mobile. They said its poor network here sometimes OTP doesn't come. They said we have requested to send OTP again, but it didn't come again. Then I said I am not buying your product. They said we have tried again for OTP and finally I got the OTP after I said I am not gonna buy your product.
I want to highlight they intentionally not request OTP so that customer pay full and points get expired in an year. Same happenes with customer billed before me and he couldn't redeem points.
