I recently gave my car for service. It took them 3 days to return the vehicle after repeated followups. They were not proactive in informing the estimated time for service, which I assumed to be same day. They do not have basic courtesy of calling and updating on the progress. The invoice was almost twice the estimated cost.
Later, I found that the music system was dead. Apparently, the guys sprayed water into the system. It is now left in useless condition. I am having problems with the car air conditioning after I received the delivery of the car. The AC is not as effective as it was before the servicing. The charges are exhorbitant, inspite of which the service is pathetic and sucks
I would never go back or recommend service at Metro Ford. They have a team of unqualified unprofessionals, not fit to be in customer service. Not worth to be considered for any rating !!!
