I had a bad experience from electronic city Metro. At exit, where bill is cross checking against purchased item. Unnecessarily harass me ( I am a lady).
He was not able to read the bill and he told one small item is not billed (my bill is around 5000).
Once the others checked it was there, he tries to make before the public that we stole the product. If such a situation happens he should not try to harass the customer in front of public.
Also when I ask for his Id number, he forcefully caught the metro card from my hand. I am planning to file a public place harassment case.
So Ladies beware.
