COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY. Review on Metlife Life Insurance

This is my personal experience this company is completely fraud, they sell useless and non customer beneficial packages, they harass you every year by sending sms and emails about the premium payment date, also will send a relationship manager saying our executive will explain the features of your policy which is a complete lie, the executive who will visit will be an insurance agent who will force you to buy more policies from them, their online system is pathetic online payment takes more then a week to show, customer care is useless they will only ask you to visit the branch, above all the current problem which I am facing right now is that my policy premium is paid fully which I paid in 10 years, now they are not making the pay out which was promised they just vanished no emails or sms nothing and when I called the customer care I was told my payment cheque is dispatched after waiting for 2 months and calling again and again and updating my complete bank details through their app I am being told that the cheques were returned and now I need to visit their branch with my documents and give them applications for cancelling the cheque and paying directly in bank also the documents will go to their head office then things will happen which will take a month or so, irony is I had a monthly income plan and now when my details are updated in their system which they accept they are still not paying saying first I need to visit the branch and complete almost 6 to 7 formalities. simple answer is pnbmet life is complete fraud company they just want to loot your hard earned money and after that they wont even listen to you, please be aware guys never invest in pnbmet life or you will suffer like me.
