I have to discharge my Dad from hospital and I booked a CAB from Manipal hospital in Airport road to Hosur Road on 15th April around 02 PM. After trying 3-4 times, they picked up the phone and they confirmed me that they would send the CAB @ 06:30 PM.
They called me around 06:25 PM and said they have GRPS problem and they couldn't track the cabs on road. I was answering to the call and by the time they have disconnected the call. They should change their theme from MERU - RELY ON US to MERU - DONT RELY ON US.
