Today I used Meru cab services for commutation from Hyderabad Airport to my way home. This was one of the bad decisions I had taken on the one hand I was very tired after long journey and next thing came in my way was this nightmare experience with this cab service provider.
Usually I prefer other cab service provider for obvious reasons as Meru's fare charges are very high compaired to other vendors.
But today my usual cab of choice wasn't available so after waiting for like ten minutes I decided to use Meru cabs, even after being aware of their expensive Fare policy because I wanted to reach home early as I was very tired. The driver at first didn't follow the route I instructed him towards my way home by saying it's very crowded at this time and took from alternate subway. I didn't object though it was 10 kilometers extra as I wanted to reach early.
The actual problem started after crossing outer ring Road toll. At first their drivers aren't trained how to speak with passengers. Second he drove very rashly which ended in quarrel with the other vehicle owner. I repeatedly told my cab driver to drive carefully, but everything in vein, at last he slightly dashed the other vehicle and from there all drama started, all that quarrels made me very upset as I was already tired.
In conclusion I didn't find Meru service satisfactory at the expense what they are charging. Meru need to work on very hard and keep watch on negligent drivers.
