I feel this review is:
Travelled from teachers colony, silk board to yashwantpur railway station. when I saw receipt it shown me 35 kms. when I checked on google the distance is around 16kms. they charged me for 35kms when I took this matter to customer care the customer care came with already formatted reply that "they regret" and gave me links to new app they launched. But no word on why this happened and what's resolution. I came from yashwantpur to silk board by uber the ride was 16kms only. meru is one the well known pathetic rides they start cheating right from getting into cab.
