Meru says'Rely on us', but practically they behave just opposite to it. Today I was shocked to hear that they cannot arrange me cab just 15 minutes before my car booking. I booked car 24 hours before, but still operator failed to assign car to me. Operator told me that you please adjust yourself.
Finally, talking with their supervisor I got a cab assigned. Cab came 20 minutes late than booking time. The real shocker was when cab driver told me that he was waiting to be assigned for last 1.5 hours.
I really dont have faith in Meru's business. Call them at your own risk and be ready for last minute surprises.
