When I booked Meru cab for the first time, I was really impressed by service. but had very bad experience many times after that it happened more than thrice that they called just 20 minutes before me leaving to the airport & told that they cannot provide the service as they have technical problem & their GPS service is not working, I had very tough time as I dint have any alternative transport. I though this is the first time, but I experienced the same when I booked cab another 2 times.
So I personally prefer & suggest all my friends not to book meru if you need to travel to catch a flight or any important occasion.
