Hi I agree Meru standards have been declined
Well I used to travel quite often by Meru and last I came to know by one of the Meru drivers who is with them since 6 years says
The Management team that started Meru as a brand have all either quit or asked been to quit by the new management that came in as CEO or VP
The new management never comes down to meet the drivers on ground which the earlier management used to do
Call Center initially used to fulfill all duties as there was no cheating happening but now seems the new managers who run the show take lumpsum amounts from drivers and offer them all longtrips and shor trips are given to drivers who refuse to pay
I really pity Mumbai travelers and since then I stopped using Meru
I suggest its high time Meru get back to high standards as in old days
