I had booked for a cab a day in advance since I was attending a corporate event in a resort off Bannerghatta road (this was CONFIRMED by them). The pick up time I had asked for was 8: 45 PM.

Meru calls me up at 8: 30 PM( 15 mins before the scheduled drop) and tells me that they do not have service in that location - IT'S JUST RIDICULOUS. Fortunately for me I had a colleague who happened to be going towards my area.

Else, I would been STRANDED there!

Please please do not promote this service, they are very callous and undependable.

We deeply regret the inconvenience faced by you. We always try our level best to provide on time service to all our customers. Unfortunately, due to circumstances that are typical of any mode of travel, sometimes we do face delays/cancellations.
