Worst service, crappy customer service staff who do not understand how to treat customer.
I booked a cab for 6PM. Waited till 6 15, no one turned up. On calling them again, the call center guy told me, it is on its way but stuck inn traffic can you wait until 7PM.
I told him to share the driver number so that I can connect with him, he told me I will receive a message with the driver details which never came and I waited like an idiot for someone to turn up!
I would have rated it a zero if allowed.
Meru was once my favorite cab service but now would surely say, NEVER USE!
