I have purchased the module for class 10th ICSE,with the mentioned order number from meritnation on 2nd Jan17. Since last almost 15 days the module is not working. I have raised repeated complains to the help desk number 011 40705050 but till date the problem is not resolved. They tell me to restart the system, delete history and reinstall browser . Then they are saying there server is crashed today, they are fixing it. so it should work in some time. but they cannot tell the time line. They are not ready to refund or fix the issue, calling the help desk itself takes a lot of waiting time as they have only one helpdesk number. The call is put on hold several times and they have no solution.complain details-1ST called on 10 April 17 after waiting for almost 10 min the call got through and then was told to clear history and keep trying,the module worked only for a day,2nd called on 17 April 17- after waiting for long time the call got through, Mr Manik Saliwal said they did not have any solution and no senior is available of repeated request he did not forward the phone to any senior. Instead he gave to colleague, who said he cannot resolve the situation as server is crashed . When I asked for refund he says he cannot . this is only harassment and cheating the customer
