Post sales services are horrible. Marketing team called me for lucrative offer & as the approach was good, I have paid online on the same day & accepted the offer in the month of Nov'15. But I have not received demo till date & because of that my daughter is unable to use the product.
Even after repeated calls as the demo was not provided, I asked for refund or extension of validity in writing. Man changed from Honey, to Bibhas, to Manish & Vishal, however no valid response. I wrote a mail on 10th of February-2016 & thought will wait till 15th of February'16 if refund is not provided, I have to approach to consumer forum.
Post sales relationship is most important.
