Worst of its kind for Information Technology folks( Both for development and infrastructure)
You will meet the worst of their kind managers who survive here only be creating presentations. All technology they use is legacy.
Expats who come here just finish their term by enjoying all their benefits. No value add given by them to the organization.
A bunch of intellectuals term themselves as LS( Leader Ship) team and spend most of the time in looking at presentations.
Most of the time these guys discuss about their personal benefits and no one looks at the growth of the organization. All of them support each other to get their things out.
Too much of hierarchy and level based discrimination. High factory culture.
People tend to only jump levels so as to enjoy Mercedes Car benefits. Weird levels starting from L10 to L5 post which they call Executive levels starting from E4 to E1. All Executive levels get a Merc free from the organization which can owned after 5 years of service.
Please make sure if you are strong intellectual, in 5 years you would become a rusted ambassador driving a Mercedes.
One point of note: the Job descriptions are quite misleading, post joining even in probation the notice period is 3 months. Take care before you proceed with this organization
