Everyone know private companies as a person who squeeze their employee and gain money. And a small part of it provided for employees to enjoy. But working on Mercedes Benz research is something different. Everyone will be treated equally and in love the HR policy and their department.
To be honest they care a lot about them and they will provide everything just to make them happy. Healthy food , cab facility, good working environment etc. There is nothing negative here but a billion positives.
