Meizu is a new company and after having a lots off buzz overseas it has launched his budget smartphone Meizu M2 in India.This phone is very good in it's price range.Killing features of this phone are just amazing.I would prefer this phone above Redmi 2 Prime because of it's more amazing features in the same price range.
Advantages -
Camera-Meizu M2 comes with 13MP Rear and 5MP front camera.13MP rear camera allows user to take amzing shots with natural colours.Front camera is good for selfies also.
Camera can also shoot 1080p HD videos @ 30 fps.this is really great for a pone like this.
Screen - Meizu M2 comes with 720p screen and from all viewing angles I didn't find a problem.Screen works fluidly . Screen can be unlocked by double tap on it(if ticked in settings)
Battery- Meizu M2 have 2500 mAh battery which provides a really good standby and gaming performance.battery doesn't go low faster but if you can the balanced mode to performance mode it will drop but not that fast but I will provide you a better gaming experience.
Sound- sound output is also good and earphones works good. Sound output from speakers is loud as it is not expected from a Chinese phone so that really good.
Performance - Gaming performance of this phone in it's price range is surprising as it can play games like GTA SAnasultanndreas, Asphalt 8, NOVA 3, Dead Trigger 2 like games on high setting without any major lagging issue.This phone is filled with mediatek processor and 2GB of ram which help it to have multitasking without any problem.
Other advantages - This phone comes with android Lollipop v5.1, Dual sim with 4g India supported, Screen protection with dragon-trail glass which is better than Gorilla Glass, this phone have very decent look which attracts the users, price range of this low this phone provides lot to it's users. 16 GB internal storage, OTG pen drive supported,
Disadvantages -
Non removable battery
Hybrid sim tray - In the sim tray you can put 2 nano sims or 1 nano sim and 1 microsd card.
This phone user interface(UI) is new and it have bugs so it's needs to be improved .
This phone has only one button to go back or to go home this can be problem to some user but it works every time.
Sometimes it doesn't run some games and also don't download google play games app.but according to some users it can be fixed by restoring to factory settings.
And one of the major issue is that if you by chance have an accident with your phone you have to struggle more because this company is new in India and doesn't have more service center in India so this can be problem but overall this phone is killer at it's point.
So I you want a phone under 7k you can go with Meizu M2 instead of Redmi 2 prime .but If you can wait I think you should wait for Redmi 3.
