Its all most one and half years I am using meghbela Broadband, this 1and half year its came with some up and downs, but no any major trouble.
When I get connection I had to pay 2500 for connection and 1 month advance for my usages.there customer care support was good with me. spiking from my experience any problem with your broudband connection is not always came from broadband centre, some time came by your cable operator.
If your cable operator is responsible enough you dont even need to call customer care, just like mine.i did not need ever to call customer care. if thre any problem from the main centre the auto generated apology sms will came to your mobile, and this is so rarely happens with me. you can recharge your service which month you want or not. I use 450 unlimited plan, surfing speed is decent and torrent download speed is depend on your seed, new movies or tv shows easily download with in 1 Mbps speed.this speed is bind in limitation in 1 Mbps now, but once its went up to 9-10 Mbps, but not now. am am giving 1 rating less because of download speed limitation. overall I am going to say that meghbela is a good, may be best connection .but its on your luck what kind of cable operator you will got in your area.
