I've been a customer of this ISP for about 6-7 months now and I am not satisfied at all.To put it bluntly, their customer service is awful. I was told I'd have to pay a sum of 500/- per month for a 256kbps(Unlimited plan) and I did. But when I asked for a bill or receipt, they said I'll have to visit their office for it, and when I did I was treated rudely and in the most inappropriate manner. They threatened me about disconnecting my connection and they did anyways.
I checked their website and found out that there are no plans for Rs 500 there is however a plan of Rs 400 for 256kbps(Unlimited plan). When asked about this, they completely ignored it and said "You hear a lot of things on the internet and websites don't you?". So yes, they do take people for granted and will charge you any way they wish and not provide any kind of bills or receipt.
My advice? Stay away from them. I may be wrong and it's just the local operator that is rude.Even if that is the case, meghbela has done nothing even after telling them all these things.
