1) Dr.Sharada is very rude and she won't have patience to answer our queries i.e as you know we will be having a lot of anxiety during pregnancy and we will be keen to know about lot of things and as a doctor she should be answering our queries, but when we ask it seems she will just say if its NORMAL or NOT and any further queries are none of our business. I Don't really understand why can't she spare a few mins and try to explain which is her job for taking money. After all I am paying money for consultation and she is not doing her work for free. Moreover only patients need to go to doctor's room and no one else is allowed instead they should allow someone to accompany the patient as the patient may be not be in a position to ask all queries.
2) There is one more interesting character in this hospital - Padmaja Reddy who will do the ultra scan and I don't really understand why she can't speak out and be friendly with patients and explain about the scan instead, she speaks only three words. LIE DOWN, GET UP, NEXT and acts as if she is a machine or make us feel like we are a machine and there is no human interaction experience there and we should look at her behaviour, its so rude and she feels as if she is someone come from heaven. In general most of the clinics will allow patients to be accompanied by their husbands or a family member during scan as this is a very emotional moment for them and which money can't give, but in this hospital they won't allow anyone else inside other than patients.
I dont understand why these days doctors don't have any patience and they behave so rude. I feel a doctor should be smiling and make patients comfortable and be ready to listen to patients and reply to their queries as patients come to hospitals in a lot of pain and doctors should make them feel comfortable and confident but unfortunately these days doctors have become money minded and their behaviour is so rude.
