Generally we used to go for shopping with friends during every month. This month we planned for Megamart.
We had a worst experience here.
The advertisements which they are providing was too attractive but the products that they are selling here was just an opposite!
They are having several branches in Chennai. Recently, I visited T-nagar branch which was opposite to GRT jewellers showroom, I have also visited the arcot road, adayar branches. But I was not at all satisfied with any of their branches, and t-nagar was my third experience with them.
Parking was literally poor in this place. They just have a small area for parking and the security was also not available. Even during weekends they won't support their customers with respect to the parking facility. If we use four wheeler then we should park somewhere else and then only we can start our shopping.
Ambience will be perfectly good to attract their customers. Bright red color will definitely attract us and we will surely visit their mall. Inside the mall will also be attractive but I personally felt that the shop was too empty and the products were less.
Several stores will be available inside like Cosmetic shops, Men's and women's wear, eye ware, watch shops, etc.
They have several quality products and I personally felt that their quality was not that much good.
The customer service is also very bad with them. The staffs were not polite to attend any customer.
The price range is also high when compared to other shopping malls.
Totally we wasted our time by going to megamart which was not at all good.
Better don't choose mega mart for your shopping.
Worst experience!
