Negative comments
Don't care for regular customers
They cancel the booking 5 mins before the travel time.
After getting confirmed message they don't send Driver details.
After follow up with customer care you may get the driver details
When you talk to driver he may or may not come. It depends on his mood and area he wants to go.
Then office ppl Automatic change your schedule
One driver comes and says the trip I'd got changes if you promise to pay more then I'll come back.
Please better be sure on booking cabs with mage cabs. Or your airport schedule will be jeopradize .
Driver takes you to longest route. And if you are new to the city then be prepared to pay more.
Takes to Areas which are not common routes or unsecured routes. Security issue.
